Nick Martin: The miniTREAD® Fits Into Every Corner of My Life!
"Gaining that much weight really changed the way I walk naturally"
I am 28 years old, and I work from home in KCMO. I am an avid gamer, musician, and entrepreneur. So, I am spending A LOT of time on the computer in 2021. I’ve been on a weight loss journey for the past several years and at my peak, I weighed over 425lbs. Gaining that much weight really changed the way I walk naturally. My feet spread wide and pivot outwards. This caused severe back pain, hip pain, and no motivation to exercise.
"I can already tell a difference in the way I walk"
Since starting my weight loss journey, I’ve sustained losing 145lbs and I am always looking for ways to improve my daily activity. I've been using the miniTREAD® for 4 weeks now and I can already tell a difference in the way I walk. I can tell my legs are coming closer together, my feet are parallel with each other, and I don’t deal with back pain nearly as much after walking for extended periods of time. I'm obsessed with walking — as I do my best thinking while walking.
Living in the Midwest with radical weather in the winter, I’m not always able to walk outdoors. In addition to all the computer hours, the miniTREAD® was an obvious solution. I try to make it a part of my morning routine —it helps wake me up and get my brain going!
"When I'm using the miniTREAD® and gaming, those nervous ticks are gone"Computer gaming + MUVment with miniTREAD®
I’ve noticed a huge impact on my gaming. It sounds nerdy but as a gamer, I am always trying to improve my gameplay. That’s the point of playing video games right? I have a lot of general anxiety and when I’m working/playing under pressure, I get nervous ticks in my hands and legs. When I'm using the miniTREAD® and gaming, those nervous ticks are gone. It's like the miniTREAD® is itching that part of my brain where my ticks are. It's insane! I’ve been able to improve my aim, staggering, and strafing... all while using my miniTREAD®.
I have never found such a product that fits into every corner of my life!
