I am 28 years old, and I work from home in KCMO. I am an avid gamer, musician, and entrepreneur. So, I am spending A LOT of time on the computer in 2021. I’ve been on a weight loss journey for the past several years and at my peak, I weighed over 425lbs. Gaining that much weight really changed the way I walk naturally. My feet spread wide and pivot outwards. This caused severe back pain, hip pain, and no motivation to exercise.

I’ve noticed a huge impact on my gaming. It sounds nerdy but as a gamer, I am always trying to improve my gameplay. That’s the point of playing video games right?
